The Huawei B315s-22 is a router for home use, which allows a 4G Wifi connection using a SIM card from any of the different carriers supported in Europe and Asia, always using a data plan. The Huawei B315s-22 router supports the FDD 800/900/1800/2100/2600 and TDD 2600Mhz frequency bands.
It offers a maximum download speed of 150 Mbps and an upload speed of 50 Mbps. It is not compatible with category 6 LTE, but in a UMTS type network with a DC-HSPA + technology it can achieve a downlink speed of 42.2 Mbps, and an upstream one of 5. 76 Mbps.
The configuration of the Huawei B315s-22 is quite simple, just insert the SIM card (normal size), start the equipment, connect to the address that appears in the instructions after you have connected the WI-fi.
The factory name and key are located on the bottom or back of the machine, then a quick setup starts. You can also control it with the HUAWEI HiLink mobile app that is available for Android or iOS.
In terms of design, this is quite simple, which will allow you an easy introduction into any room in your home. It comes in white, with a particular trapezoid shape, with the bottom notably wider than the top, so it will easily stand upright on the floor or on a desk.
On the front you will see small LED indicators, 5 in total that indicate the power level, wireless network status, signal and Ethernet. At the top is the button to turn on and off and the WPS. On the right side, you can see a cover, underneath is the SIM card slot.
It does not include external antennas, but it has two connectors so you can purchase them separately if necessary if you want to increase the signal. In addition, it has 4 ports for Gigabit LAN (RJ45 ports), 1 port for telephones (RJ11) and a USB 2.0 port.
